Stephanie Millar

Steph is a dedicated and motivated Family Lawyer with a passion for advocacy and delivering high-quality legal services. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours Class I) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, both from Bond University, and has been admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia since 2023. Stephanie has worked exclusively in family law and domestic violence since her admission and is an Accredited Domestic Violence Duty Lawyer. 

Steph understands the complex nature of family law matters and is eager to assist clients to resolve matters without ongoing litigation and conflict whilst also ensuring that clients feel heard and seen during the process. She has a special interest in complex parenting proceedings and matters within the domestic and family violence jurisdiction.

Steph completed her high school studies in Toowoomba and still has family on the Darling Downs. Despite working from our Brisbane office most of the time, she enjoys visiting Toowoomba to see client's and work in our Toowoomba office from time to time.
