Heather Worthing

Since her admission as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia in 2022, Heather has gained experience in property, litigation, construction and family law matters.

Heather has joined us after having clerked and worked at major national firms. Her background in property and litigation serves her well to combine her passion for dispute resolution and helping people in our family law team.

She holds a Juris Doctor (with Distinction) from Griffith University, a Bachelor of Arts (in Political Science) from Western Oregon University and is also a Nationally Accredited Mediator. Her law degree together, with this accreditation, enables Heather to help clients determine key issues and reach practical solutions to their family law issues. She finds meaning in understanding her client’s interests and in assisting them to resolve their disputes and achieve their desired outcomes.

Outside the law, Heather enjoys playing social sport and spending time with her pugalier Eddie which you may see around the office from time to time.
